Human Performance Center

Vision Mission and Statement of Dignity

Mission Statement

The Human Performance Center’s mission is to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for Dixie State University’s fee-paying community of students, faculty, and staff. Departments within the multi-use, shared facility will exhibit a willingness to provide academic, recreational, athletic, and wellness opportunities that educate, empower, and inspire the University’s campus community.

The HPC welcomes community members’ attendance and participation in publicly-hosted events. Community members may schedule privately-hosted events through Dixie State University’s Central Scheduling Department. Priority scheduling will be given to Academics, Athletics, DSUSA, student groups, Campus Recreation, and student recreation activities.

Statement of Dignity

The HPC is a shared space, where everyone will be made to feel welcome and included. We ask that patrons recognize and celebrate human differences by embracing a philosophy of respect, kindness, and inclusivity.
